As most of us know, people are stupid, but up to a point. We exhibit a herd behavior, but there always is this moment when somebody realizes something is wrong. Well, the moment for investors to realize that there is something wrong with the stock market came a while ago, which is a good thing because they finally saw that this creation of the business mind is inherently faulty.
 
Dow Jones Industrial Average fell below 10,000 for the first time in four years

When the Nikkei average, the FTSE-100, the German DAX, and the French CAC-40 plunged into the deep, Dow Jones had no other choice, but to follow suit. The Industrial Average lost few hundred points for a day due to the drop in stock prices of some of the biggest companies listed on the exchange. As the market closed on Monday Dow was down to 9,955.50 points.
