FEB 4 - The SG Chair Daniyar Abenov maintains order at All-Student Assembly. Last February, a 20 percent quorum was introduced at ASA and unless roughly 200 students are present, the budget, the SG guidelines and goals remain as approved by the SG. This semester, however, only about 70 students attended.
